Guys! I know it has been a little while, but I need to show you what I have been working on this semester in grad school! I posted today about my digital design book, and I am going to follow up that post with another cool project I have been working on.
In magazine design class, we worked all semester on publishing Mosaic, a social justice magazine published yearly but Loyola University Chicago journalism students. This year’s issue focused on the topic of race. I had the pleasure of being the promotions manager for this project. Find out more about #Mosaic2016 by checking out our Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram pages as well as our website.
For the second half of the semester, we worked on designing our own magazines, and I am excited to share the product that I came up with!
U N R A V E L is primarily a travel, fitness, and lifestyle magazine that provides information on the best running routes in cities all over the world. Each issue focuses on a different city and informs runners about where to get active while traveling and what a specific city has to offer to the athlete within. This issue features New Orleans. The magazine covers all of a fitness junkie’s bases, including where to grab the best post-run bite after your workout.
